One 10” or 12” diameter pot of flowers (either real or artificial flowers are allowed but both must be “planted” in a pot of dirt) per grave, from May 1 until October 1.

Fresh floral bouquets in plastic or metal cones permitted year round.

No planting of flowers or flower pots in ground.

No shepherd hooks, hanging baskets, statues, vigil lights, decorative rocks, stepping stones, solar lights, lanterns, pinwheels, glass containers or yard decorations allowed. These items will be removed by cemetery staff and they will not be stored.

Colored stones and landscape rocks around markers are not allowed. If you would like a foundation around a headstone to be refreshed, please call our office and give us the name on the headstone. We will refresh the foundation at no charge for you!

Flags are permitted provided they conform to the overall height restrictions not to exceed 30 inches. Flags will be removed when and if they become tattered, faded or unsightly.

Placement of decorations is done at your own risk. St. John Catholic Cemetery is not responsible for lost, stolen, discarded or disturbed items. If a decoration is not permitted, deemed inappropriate or has deteriorated, it will be removed and discarded without notice.
